WHAT YOU'LL NEED:
- 'Roberts' white chocolate melting buttons
- 'Wilton' Candy melts - 2 or 3 colours of your choice
- Assorted edible decorations. E.g. sprinkles, pearls, cashous
Step 1 - Prepare a chopping board by covering with a sheet of baking paper.
Step 2 - Place the white chocolate in a bowl over a saucepan of simmering water. Stir until melted.
Step 3 - Repeat with each colour of candy melts.
Step 4 - Using a knife or offset spatula spread the melted white chocolate over baking paper.
Step 5 - Working quickly, spoon teaspoon sized drops of each colour candy melt onto the white chocolate. Use a skewer to swirl the colours through the white chocolate.
Step 6 - Before chocolate sets, sprinkle with edible decorations and lightly press into chocolate. Leave to set at room temperature.
Break apart and serve!
*A chopping board is preferable over a baking tray as often chocolate sets faster on a baking tray because of it's cooler temperature.
*It is important that the melted chocolate and candy melts stay as warm as possible - either use multiple saucepans and bowls to melt simultaneously or keep them warm after melting by leaving over an additional bowl filled with boiled water.
*Warm your knife or offset spatula by leaving in hot water for 2-3 mins. Thoroughly dry before use.
