WHAT YOU'LL NEED
- Light Cocoa Candy Melts
- Bright White Candy Melts Candy, 12 oz.
- Black Candy Melts Candy
- Rosanna Pansino Basic Decorating Tips and Bag Set
- Rosanna Pansino Non-Stick Baking Pan, 13 x 9-Inch
- Rosanna Pansino Non-Stick Swirl Pan, 12-Cavity
- Scissors
INSTRUCTIONS
Step 1
Melt candy. Melt Black, Light Cocoa and Bright White candy, separately, according to package directions. Keep warm on warming tray.
Step 2
Fill mold. Prepare decorating bag with melted cocoa candy, filling about 1/2 way. Cut 1/8 in. tip in bag. Fill mold cavities, tapping on surface to remove air bubbles.
Place mold on baking pan. Chill until set, about 15 to 20 minutes.
Remove candy from molds. Let come to room temperature.
Step 3
Decorate candy. Prepare decorating bag with blue tip from set and melted black candy. Prepare second decorating bag with melted white candy, cut 1/8 in. tip in bag.
Using bag with melted white candy, pipe eyes and mouth on each candy swirl. Let set, about 2 to 3 minutes. Using bag with melted black candy, pipe black centers of eyes. Let set, about 2 to 3 minutes.
