Decomelts Cake Project

Instructions

  1. Bake a Cake using Roberts Vanilla Cake Mix. Follow the instructions on the pack to produce your cake.
  2. Prepare a batch of Roberts Meringue Buttercream Mix and ice the cake. (If desired, press a layer of sprinkles around the bottom of the cake whilst the icing is still moist to touch).
  3. Heat the Fun Cakes Deco Melts (Pink) as per instruction on the pack and pour into a piping bag and secure the top. Cut off a small tip off the pointed end and make a drip along the top edge of the cake. Allow this to set in the fridge to create a nice shiny finish to the drip.
  4. Pipe the remaining Deco Melts into the mould to create decorations for the top of the cake. Allow the mould to set in the fridge.
  5. Once set, remove pieces from the mould, and add the final decorating touch to the top of the cake with some additional piped frosting details using the large 1M Nozzle.
