WHAT YOU'LL NEED
- Monkey colouring sheet
- Paper plates
- Popsicle sticks
- Semco Acrylic Paint - Red
- Hot Glue Gun
- Wooden Beads
- Ribbon
INSTRUCTIONS
STEP 1
Place paper plates face down and paint red. While drying, print out the monkey template and colour in. Cut out and glue to one of the paper plates once it is dry.
STEP 2
Stick two popsicle sticks together side-by-side with sticky tape. Applying a small dab of hot glue at once end, attach the ribbon and proceed to wrap around the length of the sticks. Glue at the other end to hold in place to create your handle. Flip over one of the plates and glue one end of the handle to the inside of a paper plate.
STEP 3
Cut two lengths of ribbon approx. 15cm long. Thread through one bead each. Loop the ribbon and glue to the inside of the plate on each side.
STEP 4
Glue the second plate on top the first. Allow to dry.
