INSTRUCTIONS

QUILT CUTS

Cut 8 - 6.5 x 11.5-inch blocks from each fabric

CROSS CUTS

Place your fabric squarely on the cutting mat laying the block down over the 45-degree angle.

If you do not have a 45-degree marker on your cutting mat, lay your rectangle on the mat and cut 2.5 inches above the bottom of the fabric across on an angle to 2.5 inches below the top of the fabric on the other side.

Lay your ruler so it follows the angle through your fabric 2.5 inches from the bottom and cut. You will end up with two pieces of fabric the same size and angle needed. You will need to cut half your fabric with the angle running left and then half your fabric with your angle running to the right, so you end up with alternating blocks that make the pattern.

Piece the blocks together 2 at a time using a quarter inch seam.

Once all the blocks are assembled lay them out in the order you would like them to appear in the quilt making sure to have your blocks opposite each other to form the triangle peaks within the quilt.

Assemble row by row until complete.

Sandwich and quilt.
