Christmas Trees

Using a 3.50mm hook, make a length of chain 100cm long.

Fasten off leaving a long end.

Thread a tapestry needle with a long length of yarn and tie a large knot in one end.

Thread yarn through 2 beads to form base of tree, then through one end of chain.

Fold chain over to form first bough of tree as pictured then thread needle through.

Thread on another bead as pictured.

Continue in this fashion tapering yarn to form tree shape and threading beads as pictured, ending with one bead on top of tree. Using long end left at top of tree and threaded yarn, tie a knot above last bead, then use yarns to form a hanging loop.
