RAINBOW MERINGUES

WHAT YOU'LL NEED

• Roberts Meringue
• Mix Over the Top Buttercream - White
• Chefmaster colours
• Wilton 3 Colour coupler
• Baking paper
• Baking tray Oven

INSTRUCTIONS

Step 1 - Follow the instructions on the meringue mix pack.

Step 2 - Once meringue is ready to have the colour added, separate the mix evenly into 3 bowls.

Step 3 -Prep the Wilton 3 colour coupleras per instructions and pour the 3 colours into each piping bag.

Step 4 - Pipe out the meringues, swirling the rainbow colours into roughly 5cm circles.

Step 5 - Bake in the oven according to packet instructions.

Step 6 - Allow to cool before assembling. To assemble smear some of the vanilla butter cream on the base of 1 meringue and place another on top to sandwich between the 2 meringues.

Step 7 - Repeat this process with remaining meringues until they are all paired up.
