Roberts Meringue Buttercream mix is two products in one. Just add water to the dry mix and whip, and you have a silky smooth meringue mix ready to flavour, colour, and pipe into shapes and bake. To make a Meringue buttercream, add water to dry mix and whip until soft peaks form, then add butter in stages. Continue whipping and you will have a silky smooth Meringue style of buttercream ready to flavour, colour, and pipe or spread onto cakes, cupcakes and biscuits. Makes enough to cover 24-30 cupcakes.
