The Plain 148 cm Wide Ribbed Knit Fabric is a fabulous choice that you can mix and match to create colour blocked knit garments. Ribbed knits can be used for knit garments in a similar way to jersey and interlock. This heavier weight fabric can be used in knit garments such as sweaters, as a lightweight alternative to fleece. Ribbed knits can also be used for cuffs when finishing other fleece or knit garments, rib knits have a lot of stretch to facilitate their use as a fabric when finishing other knit garments. This material is composed of 82% polyester, 14% lurex and 4% elastane and is supplied in a 148 cm width.
