• Confirm that you have read and understood the returns policy, and that your measurements are accurate as they cannot be changed once the order is placed.

Our friendly and knowledgeable team in the curtains & blinds department can guide you through selecting your blinds, and assist with any deductions that may need to be applied to your measurements. If you are undecided about face fitting or recess fitting your blinds, take measurements for both before shopping in store.

1. Look for the "Cut-To-Size Available" signs on the blinds displayed in the store.
2. Once you have chosen the blinds you'd like cut to size, head over to the blinds counter to place your order. There's no need to physically take the blinds you want cut to the counter, as these are already stocked in the cut to size workroom.
3. A team member will confirm which blinds you're purchasing, their measurements and the applicable cut to size service fee per blind.
4. Once all details are confirmed and payment is processed, your cut to size order will be lodged with the workroom.
5. Your cut to size blinds will be shipped back to the store, where a team member will contact you regarding their collection.

Can I return my cut to size blinds?

Cut to size orders cannot be refunded for a change of mind or if you have incorrectly supplied your measurements. It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that all measurements are correct prior to us cutting. Cut to size blinds ordered online are a special order service, and are subject to Spotlight's returns policy and special order terms & conditions.

How do I install my cut to size blinds?

Once you receive your cut to size order, installing them is the same process as any ready-to-hang blind purchased from Spotlight. Your blinds will arrive in their original packaging, complete with installation instructions and all the necessary brackets, screws and fittings. Our cut-to-size service is only available on applicable roller blinds and venetian blinds that are purchased from Spotlight. The machines used to cut blinds to size in our workroom have been specially set up and calibrated to achieve the best results on the materials found in our range of ready-to-hang blinds.

How much do cut to size blinds cost?

The total cost of your cut to size blinds includes the price of the ready-to-hang blind and the applicable service fee for that blind type. Service fees will vary according to the material the blind is made from and the work required for cutting (e.g. the fee for cutting a double roller blind is greater than that of a regular roller blind).
