If you order an item online and it is not of acceptable quality or does not match the description, you can return it to us by taking the item to your nearest Spotlight store. If you are unable to get to a store, please call customer care on 1300 305 405.

eGift Cards are non-refundable or redeemable for cash.

“Online Only” and “Special Order” items cannot be returned to stores.  In order to return an Online Only or Special Order please contact our customer care team on 1300 305 405. Spotlight will not accept the return of Online Only or Special Order items under the change of mind returns policy.
