FAQ

Can I customise my balloon order?

Currently we are only to deliver the Balloon Banquets that are listed above. If you require a personalised gift card to be included, please let your friendly Spotlight team member know when ordering.

What happens if the recipient of the balloons is not home when you deliver the bouquet?

Helium balloons are delicate so to ensure they look their best, we will not be able to leave the balloons unattended if no one is home. Please ensure that someone will be at the drop-off address to receive them otherwise re-delivery fees may apply.

What happens if the balloon bouquet never arrives at the delivery address?

If the recipient never receives the balloon bouquet at the time the delivery was requested, please phone the store you ordered it from so they can investigate and find a solution for you.

What happens if my balloon bouquet is damaged or a balloon has popped?

This can sometimes happen so please contact the store you ordered it from and they will endeavour to resolve the issue for you.

Will I be notified when the delivery arrives?

Unfortunately we will not be able to notify you when the delivery arrives however you can contact the store that you ordered it from if needed and they will be able to track the delivery for you.

Will my personal information be shared with Uber?

In order to complete deliveries, your personal information and any personal information of a third party that you provide to us, will be disclosed to Portier Pacific Pty Ltd and Uber Portier B.V. (Uber) and its affiliates. By placing an order with us or accepting delivery of an order from Uber and providing your personal information, you agree to such disclosure of your information. If you provide Spotlight with the personal information of a third party, you are confirming that you have their permission and consent to do this, and for this information to be disclosed to Uber. In addition, any personal information you provide to us may be shared with Uber for the purposes of processing complaints, fraud detection and prevention, safety purposes, product improvement and/or data analytics. Spotlight’s Privacy Policy contains information about how you may opt out, access, update or correct your personal information.

Can I specify when the balloons will be delivered?

Yes. We can arrange for the balloon bouquet/s to be delivered at a time requested by you. The delivery time will need to be within the store’s trading hours that you have ordered it from and you will need to allow 30-minutes before and after your specified delivery time for them to arrive.

How quickly can you deliver the balloons?

We offer next day delivery on all our balloon bouquets however if you need it delivered the same day, please let our friendly Team Members know when you contact the store to place your order and we will see what we can do!

How much does delivery cost?

We charge a delivery fee of $15.99 on all balloon bouquet orders.

Can I order other products from Spotlight when I place my balloon delivery order?

For the launch of this service, we will only be accepting orders for balloon bouquets, however, you can place an order for other products from Spotlight through our website at www.spotlightstores.com
