FISH COSTUME

INSTRUCTIONS

Step 1 - Using a pen on the back of the foam sheet, draw the outline of a fish.

Step 2 - Using craft scissors cut around the outline.

Step 3 - Stick on one joggle eye per fish.

Step 4 - Peel the white backing off the fish cut out and stick fish to your top.
