Delivery Methods & Shipping Costs
We have made it easy for you with national flat fee shipping on all items.
Individual product pages indicate if an item is Standard, Big & Bulky, Oversized 1 - 3.
Delivery on Standard delivery products; as marked on the product page, is NZ$11.00, no matter how many Standard delivery products you buy.
Delivery on Big & Bulky products; as marked on the product page, is NZ$14.99 for each item up to a maximum of NZ$29.98, no matter how many Big & Bulky products you buy. All Standard products ordered with Big & Bulky products are delivered free!
Delivery on Oversized products; as marked on the product page, are charged at the national flat fees listed below and may be cumulative. Fees for Oversized products vary according to the size of the item.
Big & Bulky and Oversized products can only be sent to street addresses.

All home delivery orders require a signature upon delivery. If there's no one at home to sign for the parcel, or a ‘to the door’ service is not available in your area, a card will be left with instructions on how to collect from your nearest New Zealand Post Office outlet.
Once your parcel has been signed for you will be responsible for any damage to or loss of your items. If you believe you have not received everything you ordered please contact us within 14 days of delivery.

Split Deliveries & Multiple Consignments.
Occasionally, customer’s orders may need to be sourced and supplied by multiple Spotlight locations. If this is the case, then your order will arrive at its destination in more than one consignment and possibly with more than one courier company. The multiple shipping charges are not passed onto the customer.
The shipping charge paid at the checkout page of the order will not be exceeded even if multiple deliveries are required.
Reasons for Order Delays
- Public holidays
- Incorrect address has been entered against the order
- Your order has had to be split and sent from more than one Spotlight location
- If the payment capture process is unsuccessful your order will be delayed until alternate payment arrangements can be made
- Occasionally if a particular product is in high demand we may need to re-order the product from our suppliers.
Should the items you ordered be marked “Available or Low” and it fails to reach you within the times quoted above please contact our Customer Care on 0800 276 222 (Local Call Cost within New Zealand) or email us using the contact us option from our online store.
All Standard and Big & Bulky orders are despatched using our primary delivery partner Couriers Post.
Once your order is dispatched you'll receive an email from Spotlight containing your tracking code. If you do not receive this email and would like to obtain your tracking number please call Customer Care on 0800 276 222 (Local Call Cost within New Zealand) or email us using the contact us option from our online store.
Once you have your consignment tracking number, you can track your parcel by using the 'click here' entry on your shipping confirmation email or entering the consignment number into the Couriers Post website delivery tracking system. Please allow 24 hours for your parcel to register the consignment tracking number against your order, before attempting to track your parcel.
Spotlight is unable to ship internationally at this time, however orders can be placed from overseas for delivery to an New Zealand address.
