FELT SNAKE

What You'll Need:
- 30cm of plain 90 cm camel acrylic felt fabric
- 30cm of plain 90 cm brown acrylic felt fabric
- A4 arbee felt acrylic sheet white x1
- 1 ml e6000 fabric-fuse clear glue clear
- Cream coloured sewing thread
- Brown embroidery thread
- Hobby fill
- Scissors
- Pins
- Sewing machine
INSTRUCTIONS
Step 1 - Print out pattern A4 and cut out the pieces. Lay pieces onto felt and cut as per pattern instructions. E.g., 8 brown middle pieces, 8 cream middle pieces.
Step 2 - Lay out and pin together pieces alternating the cream and brown pieces.
Step 3 - Sew along vertically the middle and side pieces to create striped circles. Sew head pieces to end of circles.
Step 4 - Sew 2 earpieces together and turn out. Pin to front side of head pieces.
Step 5 - Sew completed sides together and turn out, make sure the ears are sandwiched between the head pieces. Leave space in sewing to be able to turn out and fill.
Step 6 - Fill with hobby fill. Hand stitch opening together once full.
Step 7 - Complete by gluing or blanket stitching on eyes either side of head. Use embroidery threadin contrasting colour to stitch on nostrils and a smile.
