If you believe you have not received everything you ordered please contact us within 14 days of delivery.

Standard and Bulky products are delivered weekdays by Singapore Post. Please allow 2 - 5 business days.

Split Delivery

If this is the case, then your order will arrive at its destination in more than one consignment and possibly with more than one courier company.
