PAINTED CRATES

LEVEL: EASY
WHAT YOU'LL NEED:
- 3 x Francheville Wood Crate Storage Box
- Acrylic paints
- Paint brushes
- Water for paint brushes
INSTRUCTIONS
Step 1 - Decide on your colour scheme. We have used Canary Yellow, Magenta Pink and Aqua to create a Havana feel.
Step 2 - Use a medium to large size paint brush to paint the inside of each crate. When doing the smaller edges of each panel you may wish to use a smaller paint brush so you have more control. We chose to leave the outside of the crates in the natural timber and only paint the insides to create a pop of colour. Leave paint to dry while you work on the next crates. Thoroughly wash brushes in water when changing colours of paint.
Step 3 - Once all the first layers of paint are dry repeat step 2 to create a stronger colour of paint. Depending on what look you are after you may wish to do a third coat of paint.
Step 4 - When all the crates are dry they are ready to stack and use as storage!
