- 1 pair knitting needles 9mm
- 1 cable needle
- Scissors, needle, tape measure

Approx 30.5 x 287 cm, blocked
TENSION
14 sts = approx. 15 cm over Cable Pattern.
INSTRUCTIONS
SCARF
Cast on 28 sts.
Set-Up Row (WS): P4, k2, (p1, k1, p2, k1) 3 times, p1, k2, p4.
Cable Pattern
Row 1 (RS): 2/2 LC, p2, k1, p1, k2, p1, k1, p1, RT, p1, k1, p1, k2, p1, k1, p2, 2/2 RC.
Row 2 and all WS Rows: P4, k2, (p1, k1, p2, k1) 3 times, p1, k2, p4.
Row 3: K4, p2, k1, p1, k2, p1, 3/3 Rib RC, p1, k2, p1, k1, p2, k4.
Row 5: Rep Row 1.
Row 7: K4, p2, 3/3 Rib RC, p1, RT, p1, 3/3 Rib LC, p2, k4.
Row 8: P4, k2, (p1, k1, p2, k1) 3 times, p1, k2, p4.
Rep Rows 1-8 until almost all yarn has been used and ending with a Row 8 as the last row you work.
Cast off loosely.
FINISHING
Blocking
Soak Scarf in lukewarm water with a small amount of wool wash for about 15 minutes. Squeeze out excess water, then lay Scarf onto towel and roll it gently to remove additional water. Lay Scarf flat onto dry towels and shape to finished measurements. Allow to dry.
Weave in ends.
