Keep the sparkle in your cutlery for years to come with a few easy tips. 
Rinse immediately after use as acids in foods cause damage.
Remove cutlery from the dishwasher as soon as the wash cycle is complete. If moisture remains, dry with a soft clean cloth to avoid water marks.
Avoid abrasive cleansers and scouring pads as they will scratch the cutlery surface.
Use a quality stainless steel cleaner from time to time to maintain the finish.

Home delivery orders may be delivered under ‘Authority to Leave’ if the carrier deems it safe to leave items at the delivery address. This is at the carriers discretion. If it is deemed unsafe to leave the items, and no one is home to accept the parcel, a card will be left with instructions on how to collect them from your nearest delivery depot. Once your order has been delivered, Spotlight accepts no responsibility for any damage to, or loss of, your items. If you believe you have not received everything you ordered please contact us within 14 days of delivery.

 

Delivery Times

Orders are typically dispatched within 1 business day. Occasionally, during promotional periods or on weekends, it may take longer.

Standard and Bulky products are delivered weekdays by Singapore Post. Please allow 2 - 5 business days.

If you have not received your order in 3 weeks, please contact our Customer Care Department.

 

Split Delivery

Occasionally, customer’s orders may need to be sourced and supplied by multiple Spotlight locations. If this is the case, then your order will arrive at its destination in more than one consignment and possibly with more than one courier company. The multiple shipping charges are not passed onto the customer. The shipping charge paid at the checkout page of the order will not be exceeded even if multiple deliveries are required.

If you order an item online and it is not of acceptable quality or does not match the description, you can return it to us by taking the item to your nearest Spotlight store. If you are unable to get to a store, please contact our Customer Care Department.
