ARBEE FELT HALLOWEEN WITCHES HAT

Instructions:

Step 1- Download and print out Arbee Felt Witches Hat template.

Step 2- Pin on paper template onto fabric. Brim and Cone of hat onto Black 3mm Felt, sash on Teal Glitter Felt and buckle on Gold Glitter Felt.

Step 3- Cut out the pieces according to the template.

Step 4- Sew the cone straight edges together and turn out.

Step 5- Sew the brim onto the cone.

Tip: The brim has a large seam allowance, snip into the seam allowance approximately every 2-3cms this will help to sew to the curve of the cone. A loose hand stich first may also help before machine stitching but remember to remove the hand stitch afterwards.

Step 6- Sew the straight edges of the sash together.

Step 7- Place the sash onto the cone, either sew or use E6000 Fabri-Fuse to hold in place.

Step 8- Either hand stitch or use E6000 Fabri-Fuse to add buckle to front of hat.
