You can choose from any curtain fabric to go with your curtain track, such as sheer curtain fabric, blockout curtain fabric or thermal curtain fabric. Note that rid style curtains, such as eyelet curtains and tab top curtains, cannot be motorised.

While the motorisation of our made to measure blinds brings incredible convenience to your home, unfortunately, existing pre-installed blinds or ready made blinds cannot be motorised with Spotlight Made to Measure.

The life of the batteries in your motorised blinds. Where some may last up to 6 months, others may last between 12 - 18 months.

2. Are they noisy?

Our motorised curtain and blind motors are surprisingly smooth and quiet, minimising disturbances to your day.

3. Can I control motorised blinds with my smartphone or voice assistant?

Motorised blinds are available with a range of different control options, some being able to be operated by your smartphone or even voice activated.

4. Can I still open blinds manually?

Most motorised blinds also feature manual controls that make it easy to control the blinds without motorisation.

5. Does my motor come with a remote control and charger?

With our motorisation service, you'll receive everything you need for the operation of your blinds.

6. Do they work during power outages?

Battery powered motorised blinds may work during power outages, while those powered by electricity will not be able to work.
