What Size Shower Curtain Do You Need?

Do You Need a Liner with Your Shower Curtain?

When using a fabric shower curtain, it's best to also use a liner, as most fabrics are not waterproof on their own. How to Hang a Shower Curtain the Right Way

Traditionally, shower curtains are constructed with a rod and a ring or hook system or are created with a hookless and eyelet design. Each system varies in terms of their set up.

To hang a shower curtain with a rod and ring system, lay your shower curtain out flat.

Loop the curtain rings into the eyelets on your shower curtain and slip each ring onto the curtain rod. If your shower curtain has a hookless or eyelet design, then your curtain should have built-in openings that simply slide directly onto a rod without separate hooks.

When installing, position the rod slightly higher than the opening of your shower to ensure the curtain hangs neatly without dragging on the floor. If you find your curtain is blowing inland, consider adding a weighted hem, suction cups or a liner to keep it in place.

How to Keep Your Shower Curtain Clean and Fresh

Add two towels to the washing machine to get the necessary friction for a decent, thorough wash.
