Educational Colours Air Drying 500g Terracotta Clay Terracotta
PRODUCT OVERVIEW
Bring imaginative ideas to life with Educational Colours Air Drying Clay, a ready-to-use modelling material for creative projects at home, school or in the art room. Easy to shape, mould and smooth, it helps makers turn simple ideas into jewellery, ornaments, figurines and sculptures without baking or firing. Available in convenient 500 g and 1 kg packs, it is a practical choice for individual activities and shared craft sessions.
Children, students, teachers, families and craft enthusiasts can use this versatile clay to explore sculpting, practise fine motor skills and build confidence through hands-on learning. Shape it with your fingers, then use wet hands or a wet brush to help create a smoother finish. Leave finished pieces to dry in the open air, where they will harden naturally and can then be painted or varnished once completely dry. It is a handy choice for classroom art lessons, rainy-day activities, school holiday programmes, handmade gifts, community workshops and creative afternoons at home. Drying time varies depending on the thickness of each piece and the surrounding climate, so allow enough time before decorating. To keep unused clay workable, reseal it in airtight packaging after each session.
