TRICK OR TREAT PUMPKIN BAG

What you'll need:
- 40cm Interfacing
- Cotton Fabric:
- 40cm x Main fabric
- 40cm x Lining fabric
- Matching Thread
- Sewing Machine
- Scissors
- Pin
- Template (provided)
Instructions
Reference the downloadable project sheet for project pattern diagrams.
- Apply fusing to the outer fabric.
- Cut:
- Outer: 6 x Bag Panel and 1 x round bottom
- Lining: 6 x Bag Panel and 1 x round bottom
- Strap: 1 x 8cm strap, the width of the fabric - Join the panels of the outer together with a 1cm seam allowance - repeat for the lining, leaving a gap to pull it through.
- Attached the outer panels onto the bottom piece.
- Fold the straps in half, press, then fold the outer edge into the centre and tuck in the ends. Top stitch the straps closed along the folded edges.
- Attach the straps to the outer around the top.
- Put the lining inside the outside of the body of the bag with the right sides together and stitch around the top edge. Turn through and close the gap in the lining.
Tip: Clip into the seam allowance of the curved edges.
