MINI CHRISTMAS FUN CAKES

Instructions

1. Mix cake mix and pre heat oven as per packet directions
2. Spray silicone mould lightly with oil
3. Pour cake mix into the silicone mould leaving approx 2/3 full
4. Bake for approx 15min, this may need to be adjusted depending on your oven
5. When cakes are cooked (spring back when touched or skewer is clean after inserted) remove from oven and allow to cool
6. Gently remove from silicone mould
7. Melt deco melts in microwave as per packet directions - you can mix colours together to create new colours (e.g. red + white = pink)
8. Pour melted deco melts into the bottom of the mould, allow to spread across the bottom by tilting the mould
9. Insert the matching mini cake into the mould and allow to cool in the refrigerator to harden the deco melts
10. Gently remove and enjoy!
