Delivery Acceptance

Home delivery orders may be delivered under ‘Authority to Leave’ if the carrier deems it safe to leave items at the delivery address. This is at the carriers discretion. If it is deemed unsafe to leave the items, and no one is home to accept the parcel, a card will be left with instructions on how to collect them from your nearest delivery depot. Once your order has been delivered, Spotlight accepts no responsibility for any damage to, or loss of, your items. If you believe you have not received everything you ordered please contact us within 14 days of delivery.

Please note all Big & Bulky products and Oversized items are delivered via Couriers and cannot be delivered to any Australia Post Services, including Australia Post Offices/ Outlets, Parcel Collect, PO boxes, roadside mailboxes or parcel lockers.

Split Delivery

Occasionally, customer's orders may need to be sourced and supplied by multiple Spotlight locations. If this is the case, then your order will arrive at its destination in more than one consignment and possibly with more than one courier company. The multiple shipping charges are not passed onto the customer. The shipping charge paid at the checkout page of the order will not be exceeded even if multiple deliveries are required.

Returns Information

If you order an item online and it is not of acceptable quality or does not match the description, you can return it to us by taking the item to your nearest Spotlight store. If you are unable to get to a store, please call customer care on 1300 305 405.

eGift Cards are non-refundable or redeemable for cash.

Spotlight will not accept the return of “Online Only” or “Supplier Direct” items under the change of mind returns policy. “Online Only” and “Supplier Direct” items cannot be returned to stores. In order to return an Online Only or Supplier Direct item, please contact our Customer Care team by our Contact Us form.

Not all items are eligible for Change of Mind returns.
