Jacquard Cyanotype Class Pack Blue
PRODUCT OVERVIEW
Discover the magic of historic photographic printing with the Jacquard Cyanotype Class Pack, a comprehensive educational kit designed for classrooms, workshops and creative group activities. Perfect for art programs, STEAM learning environments and community projects, this all-in-one pack introduces students to the fascinating cyanotype process while providing enough materials for approximately 25 - 30 participants. Combining art, science and photography concepts, it offers an engaging way to explore image-making through one of the earliest photographic printing techniques.
Students can create striking Prussian blue prints by placing objects, leaves, flowers, stencils or photographic negatives onto light-sensitive surfaces before exposing them to sunlight or UV light. This hands-on process teaches the fundamentals of light exposure, printmaking and composition while encouraging experimentation and creative thinking. Suitable for photograms, botanical prints and photographic projects, the kit makes complex photographic concepts accessible for learners of all ages. Designed for multiple classroom sessions, it provides an interactive learning experience that blends artistic expression with scientific discovery.
