If this is the case, then your order will arrive at its destination in more than one consignment and possibly with more than one courier company. Returns Information

If you order an item online and it is not of acceptable quality or does not match the description, you can return it to us by taking the item to your nearest Spotlight store. If you are unable to get to a store, please call customer care on 1300 305 405.

Spotlight will not accept the return of “Online Only” or “Supplier Direct” items under the change of mind returns policy. “Online Only” and “Supplier Direct” items cannot be returned to stores.
