Step 4 - Trim a pattern paper of choice sized to fit on the card front and adhere to the card front.
Step 5 - Arrange the stamped elements and sentiment on the pattern paper and adhere them in place with double-sided foam tape.
Merry Christmas Card Idea
Step 1 - Prepare the Background
Stamp the Candy Stripe stamp onto white cardstock in a desired ink colour and trim to size.
Step 2 - Assemble the Frame
Using the Snap and Swap Holiday set, die-cut the largest frame from black cardstock. Die-cut another black frame, this time including the light strand. Die-cut a white frame with the banner positioned at the bottom. Layer and adhere the various frames together and place them over your stamped background.
Step 3 - Decorate the Frame
Die-cut the "Merry Christmas" and "and a happy new year" phrases out of desired cardstock colours then adhere it to the white banner. Die-cut the light bulbs out of white cardstock and colour them with markers. Use a red marker to add a border around the lower white banner.
Step 4 - Create the Trees
Stamp and die-cut several trees from the Trees and Trinkets set, using different coloured inks. To create dimension, adhere the trees to the card with double-sided foam tape in a desired arrangement.
Step 5 - Final Assembly
Cut a panel of white cardstock and fold it in half to create the card base. Cut a panel of gold colour cardstock to a desired size for the card front. Layer all the pieces onto a gold mat to create the finished card front.
