PERSONALISED NAME GLITTER BAUBLES

Instructions

Note: To make a glitter bauble, you'll need a clear, shatterproof bauble, a glitter adhesive (like polyurethane or a glue mixture), and glitter (funnel optional). You'll coat the inside of the bauble with the adhesive, spin it to coat evenly, then add glitter and shake to distribute it. Then shake out excess glitter, and leave the bauble to dry.

1. Open Design Space® and search "Personalised Name Glitter Baubles" or go to https://design.cricut.com/landing/project-detail/665d445328292688d3e12ccf
2. Click 'customise' to edit and add your chosen names for personalised baubles. Once you are happy with the names and have resized them to fit your baubles, highlight each name and use the 'weld' action below layer panel for each name.Once you are happy with your design click on Make.
3. Click 'make' and follow the prompts to cut your designs with your Cricut smart cutting machine from Cricut smart vinyl.
4. Use your weeding tool to carefully remove the negative vinyl to reveal each name on the backing. Cut transfer tape to size and place carefully over the vinyl name. Turn over the backing and burnish with scraper to ensure transfer tape adheres to the vinyl without any air bubbles. Flip back over and carefully peel back transfer tape low and slow. Hot tip: As the baubles are a curved surface, to ensure best results, make a few slits in the transfer tape to allow vinyl to curve with the surface.
5. Hold the name adhered to transfer tape over the bauble until you are happy with placement, then lay it on the bauble and use the scraping tool to apply. Take the material out of the machine and remove any parts that will not be ironed on to your cushion or canvas.
6. Peel back the transfer tape low and slow on an angle, to reveal the name in the bauble. Its that easy to make personalised baubles in minutes, sure to delight for years to come!!
