Cricut StickerPix is a new line of machines from the iconic craft machine brand. There are two machines: a sticker and photo printer + cutter, the Cricut StickerPix Print + Cut, and a sticker and photo printer, the Cricut StickerPix Print. These machines are both compact and are available in cute new colours with an all-in-one design that means no extra steps or tools are needed.

Dye-Sublimation Printing

Cricut StickerPix Print + Cut™
Cricut StickerPix Print + Cut is an all-in-one sticker and photo printer with precision-cutting capabilities. It's the larger of the two Cricut StickerPix machines and is compatible with 4 in x 7 in Sticker Sheets and 4 in x 6 in Photo Paper.
Cricut StickerPix Print™
Cricut StickerPix Print works similarly to Cricut StickerPix Print + Cut. However, instead of precision-cutting your stickers, it uses pre-cut sticker sheets. This machine is compatible with 1.5 in Circle Pre-cut Sticker Sheets, 1 in x 2.6 in Rectangle Pre-cut Sticker Sheets, 1.5 in Square Pre-cut Sticker Sheets, and 4 in x 6 in Photo Paper.
Cricut StickerPix Print is also the smaller of the Cricut StickerPix machines, measuring 7.8 in x 5 in x 3.5 in, versus Cricut StickerPix Print + Cut's 8 in x 11.3 in x 4.1 in size.
The Difference Between Making Stickers: Cricut StickerPix Machines Vs Cricut Cutting Machines
While you can make custom stickers with Cricut StickerPix machines and select Cricut cutting machines, there are three main differences in the process and output.
1. Need For a Home Inkjet Printer
Cricut cutting machines do not have print functionality and require an at-home inkjet printer. Cricut StickerPix machines use ink cartridges built into the machine and do not need an at-home inkjet printer.
2. Die-Cut vs Kiss-Cut Stickers
Cricut StickerPix machines can only make kiss-cut custom stickers for easy peeling, while Cricut cutting machines can do either die-cut or kiss-cut.
3. Laminate Sheets vs Laminate Coating
Cricut StickerPix machines have laminate coating already built into the printing process. Cricut cutting machines, on the other hand, use laminate sheets that must be manually applied by the user to achieve a water-resistant coating. These laminate sheets also come in fun styles to add different effects to your stickers, such as a holographic finish.

Spotlight Host Gift Tray Project With the Cricut StickerPix Print + Cut

Candle Sticker Label and Lemon Stickers Project
- Go to the Cricut design space app. To make the candle label and lemon sticker sheet, Select and click 'Labels' which will open a blank 'organisation label' canvas. On the left panel menu click on 'templates' which provides easy to edit and cut templates. In the search bar type 'candle' and select the 'Rose' label or any to your liking. This will add it to the canvas. Delete the second one and edit the first by hovering over the text box and double click to edit, type name and other text you would like included on the candle label.
- When you are finished, go to the left panel menu and click 'images', use the search bar and type 'lemons'. Choose the one you like and add to the sheet on canvas by clicking on it. Use the corner of the bounding box to resize and then choose 'border' from menu and toggle to create the sticker. You can choose the desired thickness and change the background colour for the sticker border here too. Repeat with other lemons or images.
- If you would like to generate an image or specific type of lemons, you can also use the Create Ai function on the menu panel and enter prompts to get the desired image/s. When you are happy with the label and stickers, click 'print' and follow the prompts to make your custom sticker sheet, by inserting the sticker sheets into the tray and watching the machine do its magic! Voila - a custom sticker sheet to decorate your gift!
Photo Print Project
- Go to Cricut design space app. Select 'cards and invitations' from the top menu, and then you will be taken to canvas to create. Select 'upload' from the left tool menu and either browse files to upload a new photo or select from previously uploaded files. Use the corner of the bounding box to resize to your liking.
- If you want to change the background or elements of the photo, click on 'AI Edit' beneath the photo and enter prompts to get desired photo. Then click 'Background' and choose 'Pattern' from the menu. Search for 'yellow' and select the background you like. Then go to the left side menu and click 'text'.
- Type the text you'd like on the photo print, change the font and sizing and align as you wish. When you are ready, press 'print' and follow the prompts to add the photo paper to your StickerPix tray and watch the machine do its magic!

Personalised Stickers For School Accessories Project
- Download Cricut design space app and set up your StickerPix Print machine. Under section, 'Add a style to your photo', click on 'Circle' button and select 'Prism Pop' or any style you like. Click 'Add photo button' and you will get the option to take a photo, select from photo library, browse files or open uploaded images.
- Once you have uploaded or chosen image, there is a box that asks 'anything else to add?' where you can add any additional elements or prompts, then click 'Create' button. Just like magic, Cricut will create a stylised version of your photo in the precut circle sticker shapes.
- If you are happy with the designs, click 'Add to Canvas' button. You will have 6 stickers ready to print, you can select 'Background' below the sticker sheet to change colour or add a pattern or photo. If you only want some stickers to be the photo images, click on sticker you want to replace, and the bounding box should appear. Click 'Delete' below and this will remove that sticker.
- Then from the panel menu choose 'Images' and type into the search bar 'school' or 'teacher' or 'class' and scroll through image options until you find one you like. Click on it and it will appear on your sticker sheet.
- Move it to the outline of the sticker and resize accordingly. Repeat this process for as many as you would like.
- When you are happy with your sticker sheet, click 'Print' button and follow the prompts to load the precut sticker sheet into tray and watch as your Cricut StickerPix Print prints and laminates your custom sticker sheet like magic! Apply your stickers to the gift and enjoy the joyful reaction a personal gift brings.
