What you'll need:
- Abbey Road 8 Ply B'coz I'm Happy 100g Balls x 4 (4-5-5) - Chuffed
- 1 pair x 4mm knitting needles
- 4mm circular needle (80cm) or sizes required to give correct tension
- Scissors, yarn needle, tape measure

Tension
22 sts and 28 rows to 10cm over stocking st, using 4mm needles.
Instructions
Note: This men's cardigan has a loose & slouchy fit, no buttons. Edges are finished to roll.
Back And Fronts
Using 4mm circular needle, cast on 234 (254-276-296) sts.
Note - Work in rows, not rounds.
Work in stocking st (1st row is RS) until work measures 41cm from beg, ending with a purl row.
Note - Lower edge will roll.
Change to pair 4mm needles.
Divide For Fronts and Back & Shape Armholes & Front Slope -
1st row (RS) - K62 (66-72-76), turn, leave rem sts on needle.
Cont on these 62 (66-72-76) sts for rem of Right Front.
2nd row (WS) - Cast off 5 (7-8-10) sts, purl to end ... 57 (59-64-66) sts.
3rd row - K6, sl 1, K1, psso, knit to last 2 sts, K2tog.
4th row - Purl.
Rep last 2 rows until 47 (45-48-46) sts rem, ending with a dec row, this completes armhole shaping.
Next row - Purl.
Next row - K6, sl 1, K1, psso, knit to end.
Cont dec one st (as before) at front edge in every foll alt row until 27 (30-32-35) sts rem, then in every foll 4th row until 24 (25-27-28) sts rem.
Cont without shaping until armhole measures 25 (26-27-28) cm, ending with a purl row.
Work 1 row.
Shape Shoulder - Cast off 8 (8-9-9) sts at beg of next row and foll alt row.
Work 1 row. Cast off rem 8 (9-9-10) sts.
With RS facing and using pair 4mm needles, re join yarn to rem sts, cast off 5 (7-8-10) sts, K105 (115-124-134) including st already on needle, turn, leave rem sts on needle.
Cont on these 105 (115-124-134) sts for rem of Back.
Next row (WS) - Cast off 5 (7-8-10) sts, purl to end ... 100 (108-116-124) sts.
Next row - K2tog, knit to last 2 sts, K2tog.
Cont dec one st (as before) at each end of every foll alt row until 90 (94-100-104) sts rem.
Cont without shaping until armholes measure 25 (26-27-28) cm, ending with a purl row.
Shape Shoulder - Cast off 8 (8-9-9) sts at beg of next 4 rows, then 8 (9-9-10) sts at beg of foll 2 rows. Cast off rem 42 (44-46-48) sts loosely.
With RS facing and using pair 4mm needles, re join yarn to rem 62 (66-72-76) sts for rem of Left Front.
Next row (RS) - Cast off 5 (7-8-10) sts, knit to end ... 57 (59-64-66) sts.
Next row - Purl.
Next row - K2tog, knit to last 8 sts, K2tog, K6.
Rep last 2 rows until 47 (45-48-46) sts rem, ending with a dec row, this completes armhole shaping.
Next row - Purl.
Next row - Knit to last 8 sts, K2tog, K6.
Cont dec one st (as before) at front edge in every foll alt row until 27 (30-32-35) sts rem, then in every foll 4th row until 24 (25-27-28) sts rem.
Cont without shaping until armhole measures 25 (26-27-28) cm, ending with a purl row.
Shape Shoulder - Cast off 8 (8-9-9) sts at beg of next row and foll alt row.

Sleeves
Using pair 4mm needles, cast on 55 (57-59-61) sts.
Note - Lower edge will roll.
Work in stocking st (1st row is RS), inc one st at each end of 5th row, then in every foll 6th row until there are 59 (67-77-95) sts, then in every foll 8th row until there are 87 (91-95-101) sts.
Cont without shaping until work measures 50cm from beg, ending with a purl row.
Shape Top - Cast off 5 (7-8-10) sts at beg of next 2 rows ... 77 (77-79-81) sts.
Dec one st at each end of next 3 rows.
Work 1 row.
Rep last 4 rows until 41 (47-49-51) sts rem, ending with a purl row.
Dec one st at each end of next row, then in every foll alt row until 17 sts rem.
Work 1 row. Cast off.
Finishing
DO NOT PRESS. Using mattress st, join shoulder seams, leaving approx 3cm from front edge free, then using a flat seam, sew rem of seam. Allow these 3cm to roll.
Using mattress st, join side and sleeve seams, working first 3cm from lower edges with a flat seam. Allow these rows to roll onto RS. Sew in.
