SHIRRED TIERED DRESS & TIERED SKIRT

Instructions

1. To add gathered tiers to skirt/strapless dress.
2. Cut the fabric below shirring to the desired length for the first tier, adding 1.5cm for seam allowance.
3. For next tier, cut a piece measuring the same height or slightly longer, by double the width of the base edges of the first tier. This tier may have to be constructed from two fabric pieces if so, place seams to the side.
4. Either add another tier or hem to desired finished length.
