Tension
29 sts and 32 rows odd rib to 10cm over pattern, using 4mm needle
Instructions
Note: Odd rib (pattern divided in 4+3 sts)
Special Abbreviations / Stitches
Odd Rib - k1, *k2, p2*, k3, k1.
Back
Cast on 141-153-165-181-197-217 sts with 4mm.
Continue in odd rib - see above.
When piece measures 41-42-43-44-45-46 cm, cast off 4 sts in each side for armholes = 133-145-157-173-189-209 sts.
Continue shaping armholes by decreasing 1 st (inside the edge st) every 2nd row 1-1-3-7-12-18 times, then every 4th row until you have = 117-125-135-147-157-171 sts.
Continue work until piece measures 69-71-73-75-77-79 cm.
Cast off the middle 41-41-43-43-45-45 sts for neck and finish each shoulder separately.
On next row from the neck, decrease 1 st = 37-41-45-51-55-62 sts remaining on shoulder. When piece 71-73-75-77-79-81cm, cast off.
Work the other shoulder.
Front
Cast on and work same as back until piece measures 66-68-70-72-74-76 cm.
Cast off for neck same as back.
Continue until piece measures 71-73-75-77-79-81 cm. Cast off.
Work the other shoulder the same way.
Finishing
Sew shoulder seams. Sew side seams down until there is 18 cm is left. This is the side slit.
Sleeve Edges
Begin from right side where piece was divided for armhole.
Use circular needle size 3 mm and pick up approx. 132 to 154 st around the entire armhole (number of sts must be divisible by 2).
Work rib *k1, p1* in the round for 5 cm.
Cast off sts with knit over knit and purl over purl to make sure the edge is elastic.
Repeat around the other armhole.
Neck Edge
Begin mid on top of one shoulder with circular needle size 3mm and pick up approx. 96 to 110 sts inside 1 edge st (number of sts must be divisible by 2).
Work rib *k1, p1* in the round.
When rib measures 12 cm, cast off with knit over knit and purl over purl.
