CRINOLINE DISK WITH FLOWERS AND VEILING

Instructions

1. Attach the roses at the centre front and centre back of the crinoline base.
2. Gather one end of the veiling into a small bunch and secure it under the flowers.
3. Drape the veiling across the shape, pinning it in place as you go.
4. Gather the opposite end of the veiling, trim it to the desired length, and attach it to the base.
5. Tack the veiling in a few discreet places to hold it neatly against the base.
