Instructions

Reference the downloadable project sheet for project pattern diagrams.

1. Cut 4 x cat body of bag pattern and 1 x 10cm strap, the width of the fabric
2. Place the right sides together of the body of the bag, sew around the bottom of the bag, stopping at the tip of the ear - repeat for the lining, leaving a gap to pull it through.
3. Put the lining inside the outside of the body of the bag with the right sides together and stitch around the top edge. Turn through and close the gap in the lining.
4. Fold the straps in half, press, then fold the outer edge into the centre and tuck in the ends. Top stitch the straps closed along the folded edges
5. Attach the straps to the outside by folding under the ends and stitching.

Tip: Clip into the seam allowance of the curved edges.
