Instructions

Reference the downloadable project sheet for project pattern diagrams.

Cutting

Using the template provided, cut 2 fabric squares slightly larger than the cat template.

1. Place the two fabric squares right sides together and pin or clip in place.
2. Trace around the cat template onto the wrong side of the top fabric.
3. Stitch directly on the traced line, leaving an opening along the bottom edge for turning and stuffing.
4. Trim around the stitched outline, leaving an approximately 5 mm seam allowance. Clip the curves and trim between the ears where required, taking care not to cut through the stitching.
5. Turn the cat right side out through the opening and gently push out the ears and curves.
6. Stuff the cat firmly with polyester toy fill.
7. Hand stitch the opening closed.
