Short strapless frill top/short frill skirt

To make a short skirt with frill or a strapless frill top, cut the fabric below the shirring to approximately 20-24cm

• Add a neck or shoulder straps to dress/top: Either use a trim, ribbon or make straps with left over fabric to add shoulder straps or a singular halter neck strap.
• Shoulder Straps: Cut 4 straps to desired lengths and attach two front and back at desired positions.
• Halter Neck: Cut a singular strap to desired length and attach at the middle front.

Tube Top

Cut away the bottom fabric 2cm below the last row of shirring. Overlock edge to match the top edge of the shirring.
