DIY JOLLY & JOY TIMBER CRAFT

INSTRUCTIONS

Step 1 - Start by painting the base coats on both reindeers. You will need to do a few coats to get a solid colour, allow paint to dry between each coat.

Step 2 - Once the base colours are dry, use white paint and the smaller brush to paint on the decorative details. We painted an argyle type pattern on the legs and neck of one reindeer and a snowflake and spot pattern on the other. We also painted the hooves and antlers but there is no limit to what type of pattern or decorations you could do!

Step 3 - For the tree, use a smaller paint brush and paint each individual layer of wood. Again, you will need to do for a few coats to get a solid colour, allow paint to dry between each coat.

Step 4 - Once all layers are dry use the smaller paint brush to paint the tips of each layer in a contrast colour. Also paint the blocks between each layer and the base.
