• 'Lion Brand' Hometown USA 3 x 142g balls shade Dallas Grey
• One pair 9mm knitting needles, or size required to give correct tension.
• A cable needle
• Scissors, yarn needle, tape measure

INSTRUCTIONS

SPECIAL ABBREVIATION

cable = Slip next 2 sts onto cable needle and leave at front of work, K2, then K2 from cable needle.

SCARF

Using 9mm needles, cast on 24 sts.

1st row (RS) - Sl 1, * K4, P2, rep from * to last 5 sts, K4, P1.

2nd row - Sl 1, * P4, K2, rep from* to last 5 sts, P5.

3rd row - Sl 1, * cable, P2, rep from * to last 5 sts, cable, P1.

4th row - As 2nd row.

Rows 1 to 4 incl form patt. Cont in patt until work measures approx 165cm from beg, working last row on WS.

Cast off.

FINISHING

DO NOT PRESS. Sew in ends.
