LEVEL: EASY

WHAT YOU'LL NEED:

• '4 Seasons' Flinders Cotton 8 ply 50g x 1 ball MC, 1 ball C1, 1 ball C2
• A set each of 3.75 mm knitting needles or size needed for correct tension
• Scissors
• Yarn needle
• Pompom maker
• Tape measure

MEASUREMENTS

Size 2-4 to fit head 51-52cm

Size 6-8 to fit head 53-54cm

TENSION

22 sts x 30 rows to 10 cm over stocking st, using 3.75 mm needles.

INSTRUCTIONS

Using a set of 3.75 mm needles and MC, cast on 108 (114) sts.

1st round - * K1, P1, rep from * to end.

Rep last round once.

Work 20 rounds stocking st (every round knit).

Work 2 row rib.

Cast off loosely in rib.

TO MAKE UP

DO NOT PRESS. Using graph below, embroider face onto front of band as pictured, beg 2 rows above lower rib band and finishing 2 rows below rib band. Using MC make 2 x 6 cm pompoms and attach to either side of head band as pictured. Sew in all ends.
