TULIP PAINT EASTER EGGS

Tulip Paint Easter Eggs Project

Level: Easy

WHAT YOU'LL NEED:

  • Packet of plastic fillable eggs
  • Tulip paint pack
  • Toothpicks
  • Foam block or cardboard box
  • Paper to cover work surface

INSTRUCTIONS

Step 1 - Lay down some paper to protect your work surface from the paint.

Step 2 - Open the packet of plastic fillable eggs and place a toothpick in the small hole at the base of each egg. This will help you hold onto the egg while working on it and help later when the eggs are drying.

Step 3 - Working on one egg at a time, take the tulip paint and gently squeeze the paint out onto the egg creating a small dot of paint. You may want to practice doing this on a piece of paper as the Tulip tubes can be hard to manage the paint flow.

Step 4 - Using different coloured paint and sized dots, create an all over flower pattern on the eggs.

Step 5 - Push the other end of the tooth pick into a cardboard box or foam block so it can stand freely without touching any other surfaces or eggs while it dries.

Step 6 - Repeat steps 1 through 5 for the rest of the eggs. Once all the eggs are dry they are ready to handle.
