GUMBALL COSTUME

INSTRUCTIONS

Step 1 - Using the 2 red felt sheets (long sides together) trace a semi-circle that will cover the front of the shirt. Cut this with the scissors.

Step 2 - Sew the felt onto the front of the shirt, we allowed a little room at the bottom which would be tucked into a skirt.

Step 3 - Empty the pom poms from at least 4 bags, you do not need the smallest pom poms, we are omitting the black pom poms to keep the costume bright.

Step 4 - Begin gluing the pom poms to the red felt, we started at the top section and slowly grew to try and get even colour distribution. Continue until you have covered the semi-circle leaving about 5cm at the bottom which will be tucked into your skirt/pants

Step 5 - Select your favourite colour combination in the small pom poms. Using hot glue secure these to the headband.

Step 6 - Fold the white felt in half and cut so it is approx. A5 size.

Step 7 - Using the template cut out the "25c" and the switch in black felt.

Step 8 - Secure these to the white A5 with hot glue, the can then be stuck with more hot glue to your skirt or secured with safety pins.

Note - This template has been scaled. You will need to print this template at actual size and blow it up by 400% to make it full size.
