WHAT YOU'LL NEED
- Jolly & Joy Papier Mache Hanging Decorations Bauble and Stars
- Paint
- Paint brushes
- Glue
- Glitter
INSTRUCTIONS
Step 1. Paint all decorations with paint and hang to dry.
Step 2. Once dry use glue to paint on dots and stripes, then sprinkle with glitter over the glued spots.
Step 3. Shake off excess glitter and hang to dry.
