ANCHOR HESSIAN BAG

INSTRUCTIONS

Step 1. Cut out 2 panels for the handle and the body of the bag.

Sizing is as follows:

• 1 x 58cmx101cm piece for the main body
• 2 x 10cmx50cm piece for the handles

Step 2. Fold a 2cm hem on either side along the width of the fabric. This will be the opening.

Step 3. Trifold the 10x50cm panels along the length. Using a double stitch, sew along the length of the handle. Attach these handles on the hem you just made of the inside of the
main body. These will be your bag handles.

Step 4. Fold the main body in half and sew on both sides. You will end up with a bag that is 58x47.5cm in total.

Step 5. To make the rounded corners of the bag, measure back towards the bag 7.5cm from the corner tip and sew diagonally on both edges.

Step 6. Cut the excess and then turn bag inside out.
