The strong reinforced nibs won't push in and best of all the markers can be rejuvenated by dipping in room temperature water if the cap is accidentally left off. The cap is also ventilated to prevent asphyxiation. Crayola's washable ink is specially formulated to wash off machine washable clothing. It also washes off walls, carpet and furniture with warm water and a sponge because not everything your child makes is a keeper!

Delivery Acceptance

Home delivery orders may be delivered under ‘Authority to Leave’ if the carrier deems it safe to leave items at the delivery address. This is at the carriers discretion. If it is deemed unsafe to leave the items, and no one is home to accept the parcel, a card will be left with instructions on how to collect them from your nearest delivery depot. Once your order has been delivered, Spotlight accepts no responsibility for any damage to, or loss of, your items. If you believe you have not received everything you ordered please contact us within 14 days of delivery.

 

Delivery Times

Orders are typically dispatched within 1 business day. Occasionally, during promotional periods or on weekends, it may take longer.

Standard and Bulky products are delivered weekdays by Singapore Post. Please allow 2 - 5 business days.

Split Delivery

If this is the case, then your order will arrive at its destination in more than one consignment and possibly with more than one courier company. The multiple shipping charges are not passed onto the customer. The shipping charge paid at the checkout page of the order will not be exceeded even if multiple deliveries are required.
