WHAT YOU'LL NEED:

• Headband
• Ribbon
• Hot glue gun
• Shells
• Paint
• Glitter
• Kaisercraft paper blooms
• Crafters Choice Acrylic Opaque Gems Multicoloured

INSTRUCTIONS

Step 1. Paint shells in different shades of blues and greens, sprinkle glitter over wet paint and allow to dry.

Step 2. Glue end of ribbon onto end of headband. Begin to wrap the ribbon around the head band gluing in place at intervals.

Step 3. Once shells are dry begin to glue in place using the hot glue gun. Continue decorating with shells until the front of headband is mostly covered.

Step 4. Fill in any gaps between the shells with the paper blooms, glue in place.

Step 5. To finish decorate shells and headband with gems.
