TRIBAL PAINTED RUG

WHAT YOU'LL NEED:

• 'Semco' Acrylic paint
• 'Semco' palette
• 'Moderna' paint brushes
• 'Franchevill'e Textile Medium
• Jute Rug

INSTRUCTIONS

Step 1. Decide on design/pattern you wish to paint onto rug. You may want to draw out on a piece of paper to refer to.

Step 2. Mix acrylic paint with textile medium and begin to paint design onto rug. Work from one side of the rug to the other.

Step 3. The paint will be absorbed quite quickly by the rug so you may need to do multiple coats.

Step 4. Allow paint to dry fully before laying on floor for use.
