First 9 rounds measure approx 10cm over patt, using 4.5mm hook.

Using 4.5mm hook, make a magic ring.

1st round - 3ch (counts as 1tr throughout), 15tr in ring, sl st into 3rd of 3ch at beg, pull ring tight ... 16 sts.

2nd round - 4ch (counts as 1tr, 1ch), * 1bltr around next st, 1ch, rep from * around, sl st into back loop of 3rd of 4ch at beg ... 16tr, 16 x 1ch sp.
