HIPPIE HANKS SCARF
WHAT YOU'LL NEED:
- 'Crucci' Hippie Hanks 2 x 100g hanks for Scarf
Note - Quantities are approximate and may vary between knitters.
- 1 pair 15mm knitting needles for Scarf or size required for correct tension.
- A large crochet hook for Scarf fringing if desired.
- A large pom pom maker.
- Scissors, yarn needle, tape measure
Width (approx) cm: 16
Length (approx) cm: 140
Scarf - 6 sts x 10 rows to 10cm over patt, using 15mm needles.
Using 15mm needles, cast on 12 sts loosely.
1st row(RS) - * K2, P2, rep from * to end.
2nd row- P1, * K2, P2, rep from * to last 3 sts, K2, P1.
Last 2 rows form patt. Cont in patt until work measures 140cm from beg, ending with a 2nd row, taking care to leave enough yarn rem for fringing if desired.
Cast off loosely.
DO NOT PRESS. If desired wind rem yarn around a piece of cardboard 10cm wide and cut along one edge. Using crochet hook and 2 strands of yarn, fringe evenly along cast on and cast off edges.
